- Financial & Transaction Metadata: Payment logs and EFT transmission references associated with invoices or voluntary contributions.
- Technical & Telemetry Data: IP addresses, stream connection logs, user agent details, and cookie preferences stored to maintain audio stability and site security.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed strictly for legitimate operational purposes:
- Scheduling, confirming, and flighting broadcast advertising and digital web sponsorships.
- Processing voluntary station support donations and issuing official proofs of payment.
- Communicating dispatch reports, broadcast schedule changes, and financial statements.
- Detecting and mitigating stream bandwidth abuse or fraudulent activity.
4. Payment Gateway Security (Payfast)
All online credit card and instant EFT transactions are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, Payfast by Network. Longhaul FM does not process, store, or transmit sensitive payment card details or banking credentials on its internal servers. Payfast maintains PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance to ensure high-grade transaction security.
5. Retention & Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or commercialize your personal information to third parties. Information is only shared with specialized infrastructure operators (such as Payfast for payment processing or Supabase for telemetry verification) required to maintain operations.
